Chopped up some raw bacon and mixed it in with the burger before pan frying it. I was concerned the bacon would make the burger fall apart, but it stayed together pretty good. Topped with Horseradish Cheddar, spicy ketchup, mayo and onion. I was worried that the bacon would overpower the burger but it turned out quite a delicious mix.
