I Heart Chicken

I've made these before and they are quite delicious. Ree over at thepioneerwomancooks.com wraps the bacon around the peppers then secures with a toothpick. I was too lazy, plus I was also cooking up some Blood Orange Chicken ('tis the season for Blood Oranges.). I decided not to take out all of the seeds and some of these are HOT with others are NOT. It's like a ethicurean minefield. Just baked them at 375 for about 30 minutes. They reheat well too!
