When I think Medford, OR and food, I think Jasper's and Luigi's. Today was burger day and last time I was in Medford I only got to go to Jasper's once, so I never got to try one of their more unique burgers. This time I tried one I remembered from last time, The Jiffy Burger: an ultra fresh patty of local burger, topped with Peanut Butter, Bacon, Cheese & Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Incredibly good, not a burger I would eat every day, but a wonderful combo of flavours.

Aimee got the special: A Lamb burger with goat cheese feta and white sauce. Perfectly balanced and amazing! F-Yeah! JASPER'S!!!
