Dessert Empanadas

Dough formed from flour, egg, salt and butter then set in the fridge for about an hour. Rolled out the dough flat (had to use my hands because I don't have a rolling pin) and cut out with a small bowl, stuffed with chopped strawberries, blueberries and rasberries with a hearty portion of goat cheese. Brushed with egg and baked for 30 minutes.
