Councils is a hole in the wall bar. It's more of a pool hall that serves beer, burgers, hot dogs and chili. I ordered a cheeseburge with everything (Lettuce, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion) and it was delicious. Apparently their grill hasn't been scrubbed since the 40's. I'm not sure if that is true or not, but it did have an insanely delicious flavor. Across from the courthouse in Bradenton, Florida.

best cheeseburger in town, period. sit down order the burger all the way,bowl of chili and a bud. don't mess with the cook.
