Green Meadow Country Club Tapas Thursdays

This Thursday had a selection of Crispy Asian Salad with Fried Shrimp, Crab stuffed Mushrooms, and a Sushi Selection. Cherry crepes followed up for dessert. The Crispy Asian Salad really surprised me. The (I think) Chipotle sauce they used on the Crab stuffed Mushrooms is one of the finest chipotle sauces I've had. I believe the previous chef made that.
