Green Meadow Country Club Tapas Thursdays

Last weeks tapas: Scallops on toast, sushi combo, and Chimichurri "Sliders" with mini pies for dessert. My all time favorite was the first week we went out and had deep fried catfish sandwiches. I could eat them every day, and I'm not a huge fan of fish. Top notch, Chef Steve.
