Add a little sesame oil and this would be a perfect condiment in a lot of Thai dishes.
Recently got addicted to a burger from Fat Guy's in Tulsa called PBBB - Peanut Butter Bacon Burger that I get dressed Thai Style which includes Sriracha, cilantro, fresh jalapenos, and grilled pineapple. Great taste experience.
