We rolled into Medford, OR and first thing we did was head to Luigi's (aka "City Grinders") in White City, OR, home of the best Grinder ANYWHERE! Honestly, I don't think you can find a better of fresher sandwhich. It is so damned good I didn't even try to photograph it, I just ate it. After our consumption, we headed over to a BBQ and I grabbed this beauty. Oregon beer made with hemp, most likely for no other reason than it is Oregon and beer. The beer was much smoother and lighter than anticipated. It went great with some low and slow ribs.
