About an hours or so worth of work to caramelize the onions, but it was worth it.

The patties topped with mustard, so when flipped, you top with cheese and let the mustard cook into the burger. The caramelized onions are sandwiched between the two cheesey patties.

...and you can't have burgers without fries! Double fired for extra crispness.

The final In-N-Out style Animal Burger. Special sauce on bottom with pickles, tomato and lettuce, a cheesey, mustard grilled burger patty, caramelized onions, another cheesy patty and topped with a grilled bun from Wheat Montana Bakery. Not as good as a real one, but it'll do.

That's my girl!
