The tart from the backyard apple with the dark, complex chocolate and pop of hot, sweet blueberry makes this a rounded, delicous treat.

Mini Stuffed Apples
An apple from our backyard, each one about the width of a quarter. Stuffed with dark chocolate, honey and blueberries. baked at 350 until the seam I cut around the apple began to bubble.
