The lineup.
Cajun Gyro: Grilled lamb and beef, feta cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, topped with cucumber sauce.
Chipotle Pork Po-Boy: Pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, peppers, lettuce and tomato on a french roll with Chipotle sauce.
BBQ Shrimp Po-Boy: Grilled shrimp drenched in Zydeco BBQ sauce, pepper jack cheese, topped with coleslaw served on a french roll. All three are delicious. I've had the gyro before and it has a great spice to the meat and the BBQ Shrimp will be a favorite of mine. Aimee loved the shrimp too.
