Coney Island: Macho Chicken Sandwich

Today's special at Coney Island was a Macho Chicken Sandwich. Breaded chicken breast with pepperjack cheese, jalapenos, lettuce and bacon. With a side of fries. Delicious lunch. He makes a burger version of this every other week or so as a special that is also quite good.

New Sandwich Shop in Helena

A new sandwich shop is opening up here in Helena, and I did the logo.

Ophelia's first burger (That she made)

Ophelia made her first burger patty a couple nights ago and underwent her first lesson in burger making. "How do we never cook a burger?" "We never steam a burger." Good kid.
