Kitchen Confidential: TV Show
Just watched all 13 episdodes of this on Hulu. A really terrific show that seemed like it may have lasted longer and been even better had it been on HBO. Based on Anthony Bourdain's book of the same name. Lots of sex and lots of food. Check it out, it's free! (And for food and comic geeks, Bradley Cooper may be Green Lantern. Seems like a better Flash...)
Eli's "Big Mac" from No Sweat Cafe
Eli, Master Chef, preps my "Big Mac." He's still figuring out a name for this delicious beast.
It's like a Big Mac except made of fresh and organic meats, cheese and veggies. Very satisfying and filling. A very similar Big Mac flavor, but just better in every way. One of the best burgers I've eaten. An off the menu item from No Sweat Cafe. One of Eli's special dishes. The fries were cooked on the grill with a crispy outside and a soft inside. With special sauce, of course.

Stuffed Jalapenos
Direct Mail Photo
Original photo without text. Wanted a nice shot of the onion, but something more than just seamless white, so I took it outside, popped a big piece of white foamcore behind and shot a strobe off it to make a nice white background. The overcast skies made a nice soft key light. I had shot this same photo earlier in the day, but the sun was so bright it started blowing out the onion.
The final direct mail piece with text and Allegra logo. If you live in Helena, Montana you might be gettting one of these!
